Optimized Transportation Software, Inc. is a subsidiary of OTMI that has developed software called Optivity Suite. Optivity Suite has been noted in the industry for over 30 years and is used by over 350 small to medium sized companies in North America. This software manages complex supply chains and organizes transportation, distribution and logistics. Additionally, the company offers 24-hour customer support for their software.

Optivity Suite is offered as software as a service (SaaS), meaning it is Internet based. There is no hardware or software for the client to purchase, and all data is backed up nightly. The software is feature-rich, including over 300 reports, live tracking and accounting modules. Revenue is derived from monthly fees.

OTMI provides air, ground, and ocean freight both internationally and domestically for clients. Truck transportation is available in 48 states, and shipping containers are also available through the company. OTMI contracts with third parties to provide the shipping, and because they have a variety of third parties with whom they work, OTMI does not have restrictions on weight, time or size of shipment, creating flexibility for its clients. In December 2009, the company added their first warehouse in Florida, where they offer storage and assembly of product to clients and employ freight forwarded agents, who manage the receipt of shipments between ports.
